Improving Cancer Related Fatigue Management through Ergonomic Workshops

The ergonomics workshop on Cancer Related Fatigue (CRF) management is a method for designing an ergonomic approach to meet the physical and psychological needs of breast cancer patients who experience CRF return work. Through workshops, improvement work procedures can be carried out in comprehensively because it involves participation all components involved out. purpose this research get best working analyze knowledge respondents before after workshop. This quantitative study with pre post-test approach. Focus Group Discussions are conducted collect data. Workshops handling by involving oncology nurses, oncologists, experts, nutritionists, health sciences students heads units. Respondents were divided into 3 groups 12 stages results show that comfort, programs facilitate activity being able sufferers, attitudes, activity, social support expected procedures. Respondents' differed significantly p=0.0001. help increase patient healthcare workers' about find therapy management.
